What If U Haven't Got An Interview Yet?

no one has contacted me yet. does that mean they dont want me??

Did you get your application in before Dec. 1 - they say they will only get in touch with you for an interview if you submitted your RD application before Dec. 1.

i submitted after december 1st and still got an interview. but i live in NC so maybe there were just lots of alums around here.

i live in Socal.

no worries, i got in ED with no interview, i thought i had no chance b/c i wasnt even contacted; i think its a very small factor if you are even offered one

You may still be contacted for an interview, but don't worry if you aren't. I just had mine today even though I sent in my application in mid-December. I'm in-state, though. When I visited Duke, an admissions officer specifically said interviews do not play a significant role in the admissions process. Don't worry; Duke probably does want you! :)

thanks lol.

im in jersey and i just got contacted on february 18th for an interview even after calling and requesting one in mid december so i dont know wat the hell they are doing

hey, i haven't gotten a single thing from Duke about an interview and I finished my app on Nov. 28, btw, LA person here.

<<you may="" still="" be="" contacted="" for="" an="" interview,="" but="" don't="" worry="" if="" you="" aren't...don't="" worry;="" duke="" probably="" does="" want="" you!="">>
That's a very sweet thing to say, warblersrule! :)</you>

sidewinder...from Louisiana or Los Angeles? i've gotten nothing about an interview though my app was postmarked on dec. 1

I personally know two people who have not been interviewed by Duke, but have already received their "likely letters."

In other words, don't look too much into it. No use worry too much about it.

the state initials LA didn't even cross my mind, looks like I've been in SoCal for waaaay too long
