Ok so on Cornell's website it says CSS profile completed by November 1
I finished and submitted it a week ahead of this deadline

BUT i heard that you have to submit it two weeks ahead of your school's deadline as it takes time to get to the school

I didnt know this since I thought since it was done online, it would immediately be sent there...

QUESTION: Am I royally screwed? Does this completely ruin my chances of getting in?
cuz I got everything else in on time.
ARGH I should have done CSS before the other stuff

But you should be able to check the status of your Profile Application (whether the Profile has been sent to your school/s). Log into your CSS Profile Account (on the collegeboard.com homepage), and click "Check Status of Your Application." You should see there in the middle of the page the status of your application -- whether the Profile has been sent or is scheduled to be sent.

My D applied to two schools EA; they had the same due date for the Common App (11/1), but one wanted the Profile at the same time, and the other wants it on November 15. According to the status page, the Profile was sent to the first school the day after we submitted it; it is being sent to the other school on Nov 14 (to meet the Nov 15 deadline).

If Cornell says that their deadline is November 1, then that's the date for the completion of the Profile, not the date by which they should have received it. They would have specified, if that was the case.

I went to the website to check to the status of the application and it says they have scheduled for my profile to be sent to Cornell on 11-20???

Why is it that Cornell is the last one? All my other schools are ALOT earlier...like 10-28, 11-04....I'm freaking out right now because I'm EDing Cornell not the other colleges....

"You have submitted your PROFILE Application to the College Board. Some colleges and scholarship programs request that the College Board delay sending student PROFILE reports until the date they specify. A report of your information has been, or will be, sent to the following colleges or programs on the indicated dates. Some colleges and programs choose to receive your information electronically. Those colleges and programs will receive your data according to the schedule they have requested, which can be as early as the next business day after submission.

If the date submitted meets your colleges' and programs' priority filing dates, your application will be considered on time."

Hence, if you SUBMITTED it by their deadline, you're fine. Why not just give Cornell a call?
