Probably contemplate my own stupidity for choosing a stupid/arrogant list of schools to apply to.

I doubt this ever happens though, at least for most CCers.

I’d enlist the next day.

Apply to the other state school with a rolling deadline.

Enlist in the military or something.

Community College in a heartbeat :D

join the navy
i’m still waiting for them to send me that brochure…

Nothing wrong with community college? Of course not…(cough, yes there is), it’s great, um, (cough, it sucks), duh!

Okay, but seriously? I think if I got rejected everywhere I’d, like, run. Quick. Before my mom finds out and shoots me non-fatally.

Why does everyone on CC assume that if you don’t get into a top school, you have to choose between community college and skipping college altogether? There are plenty of state schools that are extremely easy to get into, and a large number of them have rolling admissions. Plus, there are many private schools out there that are also easy to get into and have rolling admissions. Of course, while they are by no means up to caliber with the Ivies, these schools still provide a four-year liberal arts education that’s adequate enough.

Either cc or the air force. Probably a cc, as I doubt I would get into the air force Besides, I’m halfway through cc anyways.

@xdecrescendox

ummm fail? that wasnt the point of the thread. the OP asked wht would happend if you didnt get “accepted ANYWHERE” not just top schools. waita reinforce the CC stereotype … NOT.

Community college really isn’t that bad. In fact, it sounds like a really smart option to me. You save two years worth of tuition and still get the same degree from a good school. The only thing is I don’t think I have the discipline to stay focused on my work and earn the great GPA necessary to transfer into a top college. I heard the community college environment makes it hard.

Going to a CC might doom you for life, if you don’t do well enough to transfer to a good college. Another option is just to… wait a year and apply again next year.

…Thank god for ELC :D

I’ll probably have to apply for community college then…T.T I’m so afraid I’ll get rejected from my safety now. And my safety admits practically everyone who tried in HS.

Unless you overqualify, I doubt you’ll get rejected.

I would’ve gone to a CC over a RandomStateSchool. That’s why I didn’t apply to any classic safeties.
