Are you looking for college admissions? This is in the wrong forum for that… but for college admissions, you can contact the college admissions office where you are considering applying and ask how they want you to handle those pieces. You have to have your high school send official copies of your transcripts to the colleges at a minimum.

Oh right ok then, thanks

Did you not have a counselor at the school you graduated from in 2013? I’d guess you’d want to reach out to that person and ask if they’re not willing to help you get your college application in order. Most colleges do want a recommendation from your high school guidance counselor. Given how recently you graduated, it seems like that should be possible to arrange.

Internationals can ask the headmaster; headteacher, principal, “school life prefect” or the like, anyone from your school with access to your school record.
