I know there are a billion threads on the whole econ cas vs wharton (and I have read them all lol), but specifically, which one involves more math? And which involves more challenging math? Although I'm not too bad at it, I don't like math and want as little exposure to it as possible lol. I want to do something along the lines of management (but that's definitely subject to change). So with that in mind, would an econ major be the right choice for me? Also, everyone says that econ education is more theory based, but what does that really mean?

In terms of recruitment, how much of a disadvantage are the cas kids at in comparison to the wharton kids?

Every minute I think I know what I'm doing, the next I am torn once again because I feel like I would enjoy a liberal arts education more, it is less "cutthroat," and my chances in the college are greater (statistically), but I'm not sure I'm too big on the whole "theory" based business/being an econ major. I know I want to do business, but I didn't exactly love the econ class I took this year so I'm thinking I wouldn't want to be an econ major; however, I may just not be well informed. Do Wharton students generally take a lot of the econ major courses? How many Wharton classes can CAS students take? Any help on this would be great, thanks!
