What is a good summer school course to take?

I am going to be a freshman 2006 Fall. Over this summer, I'm trying to take any courses I can to get my freshman credits done and over with.

I'm taking AP's... I'm using the five on chem last year.
this year I'm taking bio, english lit, bc calculus, macroeconomics, us government.
assuming i can scrape fives for all of these aps (not likely-_-)
which courses should i take part from these five courses?

btw I'm a plan II major, and we have tutorial courses and history and world lit they insist we take. so can't take world lit or history. =T

should i take philosphy? (eghh i dont really wanna take this class at all)

Actually, you can take history. Plan II requires US History and 6 hours of non US. The non US needs to be an 'early' and a 'later' history in the same geographic area. Many community colleges have european history courses that would fulfill this requirement.

Also, AP US government will only get you out of one gov class (GOV 310). Everyone has to take GOV 312L also. You can also take this at a community college. It is usually listed as American Government II.

"we have tutorial courses and history and world lit they insist we take"

These are some the classes that comprise the Plan II core curriculum. If you don't like them, then don't do Plan II. I think you will find that you do enjoy these classes. My world literature class has been the most enjoyable class I have ever taken. I remember dreading it this time last year and now I absolutely love it. I will be sad to not be in it next year.

take the hardest classes - they are easier in the summer and you will have less classes going on at once and you will be able to focus on them more
