I’m considering committing to stony but I want to know what classes are like (as in size, workload, dynamic, etc.) before I do so and I missed out on the thing where you actually get to go and sit in on the classes
It depends heavily on the major, and class. For instance intro bio courses easily have 100+ people per section to due the number of premeds. However, in my upper division pure math courses I have yet to have a class with more than 30 people. Work load also heavily depends on the major. BME, CS, and physics have the most work IMO and then you have our business program which is a joke. However, in any STEM courses expect a high level of rigor, and work.
