What is better, a 25 ACT or 1170 SAT?

eng: 24
math: 26
reading: 29
science: 21</p>

<p>1170
math: 590
verbal: 580
writing: 610</p>

<p>sat II (not sending, but still freaking shows up in sat I score report, gahh): 470 Lit</p>

<p>because of the horrid SAT II score, should I just send ACTs?</p>

<p>25 Act, 1170 is bad compared to the 25 Act, I would just submit my ACT score, which is really good</p>

<p>You added incorrectly- if the individual scores are correct, your SAT is 1780, which would make it better than your ACT.</p>

<p>I believe the OP meant M+CR as 1170, which is correct - not including the W score in the total.</p>

<p>25/36 = 69.4%</p>

<p>1780/2400 = 74.2%</p>

<p>The SAT is better</p>
