So in case I don't make it to UNC, what college should I apply in order to transfer easily?
Does going to other UNC campus helps? Like UNC-Charlotte. or North carolina state??</p>
<p>Well, in terms of admission I don’t know if it helps, but it would help with transferring your credit. I’m pretty sure UNC easily recognizes most classes in its system, as well as plenty of other NC private schools, like Guilford College.</p>
<p>Your grades and essays (to a lesser extent) are going to be the most important. There are kids here who transferred from NC CC, NC state schools(like me), private schools, and even CC’s from out of state. It’s not really a huge deal where you transfer from as long as you have the stats.</p>
<p>You might also want to look at taking courses that will apply towards your major or general studies courses here so that you won’t have to spend an extra semester or two.</p>

i go to a NC state school as well and would like to transfer into UNC. How was your experience transferring? Do you have any tip?</p>
<p>It’s been a pretty great experience for me and although there have been some issues–It’s difficulty transitioning socially as a transfer at any school–I really love it here a lot.</p>
<p>The best advice I could give you is to get the best GPA you can and take courses that you are interested in and will hopefully apply towards your degree at UNC. It’s really not that tough to transfer in here, not nearly as bad as a freshman anyway. </p>
