I have gone to the website and read througth the description, but I don't know what kind of job/ career I can get out of this major?

…do you mean EECS? Electrical Engineering and Computer Science? Because as far as EEPS goes, it’s not so much a major as it is the sound that you utter when you realize that finals are tomorrow and you don’t know anything.

Plenty of job opportunities out there, most of which involve programming or the computer industry, but you could go on to get additional degrees. Unlike the Life or Physical sciences, I think fewer EECS people go on to grad school because you can make pretty good money right out of college…someone wanna check me on that?

no, i mean environmental economic and policy, sorry for the confusion

Sounds like it’d be perfect for government work in the agricultural department, but it sounds like a major that requires additional education before it’s really useful anywhere (in terms of the job market)

Really? For me, that’d sound more like a resounding “aw, ****.” :)

Most job fields that utilize an environmental science education requires additional schooling after earning a degree…The idea is that you earn a degree to show you’re qualified, and then you specialize in something useful which then leads to employment (hopefully).
