<p>"Figure not drawn to scale" I think you mean.</p>
<p>It means you shouldn't draw inferences from what the drawing looks like, that you should be able to calculate the length of various segments, etc.</p>
<p>actually you can draw one inference (at least 4 the SAT)- the drawing is inaccurate and misleading</p>

<p>correct. If you have the dimensions in the problem (or you figure them out as part of it) redraw the picture to scale - it helps a lot</p>
