I've seen people talk about it and stuff, but I have no idea what it is. So, what is it?

Florida Learning Virtual School. It’s where you can take online classes and a lot of people here take AP classes through that. I am also. It’s a really easy A, but it’s pretty annoying.

Here’s a link. [Online High School | Online Middle School | Grades K-12 | Florida Virtual School](http://www.flvs.net)

Edit: Oh, you don’t have to live in Florida to do this.

Does it cost money? And what’s annoying about it?

[Let me google that for you](<a href=“LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You”>LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You)

^wow. Thanks.

It stands for Florida Virtual School. It is free for Florida students but I believe you have to pay if you are out-of-state. You can check the FLVS website for actual price.

It’s a website that allows you take classes online. You don’t have to live in Florida for it. However, to get credit for these courses, you may have to speak with your guidance counciler.

I mean the assignments are tedious and pointless.

^ I’m sorry you feel that way. :/

Overall, my experience with FLVS has been good. I think it depends on what class you take and/or what teacher you are assigned to. Just my opinion.

I think that it costs about $750 per regular class and $800 per AP class (if you’re an out-of-state student).
