<p>As far as hot girls go, I dont think there would be a different proportion of them at Cal vs UCLA. The difference, I would imagine, would be the attire. If the same girl with an OK body and an OK face dressed in a tube top and a mini skirt vs. a parka and boots, you’d think that the less dressed one is hotter. Also, because there is more flesh showing at UCLA (because of the weather, obviously), girls take more care into tanning, shaving etc.
And when it comes to make up, if most of the girls in your classes wear full makeup to class every day, one would be generally inclined to do so as well. If wearing full makeup isn’t expected (which seems to be the case at Cal), why would one bother spending that precious time when they could have been sleeping?</p>
