<p>Oh, I see. It's how close your high school is to COMPTON. As in, the ratio of abortions to illegitimate babies and the number of drive by shootings per square inch.</p>

<p>Newsweek's ranking are a bit messed up in terms of how they rank those schools. They take the # of Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate tests taken by all students at a school in 2004 divided by the # of graduating seniors. I mean, why just seniors?? I'd rather divide it by the # of people taking the AP / IB tests.</p>
