what is my chance at "decent" schools?

Hi-
I am currently a junior but I am REALLY worried about college admissions
I have a decent grade-neither great nor bad- like 3.95 weighted gpa
and this year is not going too well... :(
though I got 4.1 gpa last semester I got more B's than A's
but I took all AP and honors classes that I can take
and by the end of the senior year I will have 8 AP classes taken
I am part of school Model UN but I have very little community service hours
and I am planning to take SAT in october and probably one more in november
which I believe I will score ~2200-2300 cuz I am taking SAT classes
and I took SAT II foreign language with score of 800 and will take math level2 and US history
I came to the United States just six years ago
my counselor said such fact will impress colleges. will it really impress them?

I was thinking of highly selective colleges like Standford, Duke, Michigan, USC, UCLA, UCB
but now, I don't think I really have a chance in those schools..
with my overall picture, what schools would be in my reach?

thanks for reading my thread... I am really worried...

UC’s are numbers driven. If you scored well you stand a good chance. The privates are different. It depends on how how you communicate your academic goals and what you do to distinquish yourself. Model UN are fillers that top tier schools just laugh at.
