Note that Duke is not need blind for internationals. Good news is that there aren’t that many kids from Nepal applying to Duke. However you will need to distinguish yourself from the multitude of Indians and Pakistanis applying.
Your test scores honestly are not that remarkable, and quite a bit lower than Duke’s median. If anything I would suggest that you try and retake the test to improve your scores.
Note that if you apply ED and get accepted you will be required to attend (can’t compare financial aid offers). So seriously consider if you want to do this.
