I am doing IB Diploma and my PG is 41/42 with 6 in Physics.
I am taking two language A SLs (English + mother tongue), and four HL in Physics, Economics, History and Mathematics

EC:

  • school student council for a term
  • school vice president in yr9
  • boarding house leader
  • leading UNICEF, MUN, and a volunteer club
  • school debate team, soccer team, school magazine, school yearbook
  • also, a bit irrelevant but I took a gap year for 6 months
  • have few high distinction awards in economics and mathematics comp
  • plays a traditional instrument (have performed in an international expo)
  • first generation student
  • strong STEM CV even though I want to major in humanities

I think my LOR is alright - both teachers are in really good terms with me

It looks really good, on par with what they are looking for.

With that said, there are 35000 with similar applications competing with you. You will need to sell yourself to stand out.

I know those top inistitutions have no issues with dreamers or undocumented, play 0 part in the admissions process,and doesnt effect need grant.

You need more safeties. Your list is consisted of almost all reaches. Consider eliminating some colleges and adding more safety colleges.

No, first generation for an international student is not a hook, and it is only a slight boost for a domestic student.
