GPA: I am confident in getting A in all math and CS courses. I am not bragging:( I learned calc3, LinearAlgebra, ODEs, and some PDEs in high school. I will try my best to get A in writing courses(they will transfer to GeorgiaTech even though are for international students), so B looks promising.
Expecting 3.825 - 4.0 Overall GPA; 4.0 Math and Science GPA.
NYU granted 31 credits for AP. I took 9 AP exams in high school(mostly 5). I could have earned more without the policy on maximum 32 AP credits.
GeorgiaTech would grant me 30 credits according to their AP credit policy.
ECs: Not many. Mostly math and CS related.
Essays: I think 8 out 10.
What is my Chance?
I am an international student and come from a school outside Georgia, so I am worried…
I really like GeorgiaTech, and want to double major in Math there. PhD in CS for sure. That’s the main reason(Academics) I want to transfer. NYU is pretty awesome though.
