What is my chance to get into Top 10 IE graduate school

Hi, could someone help me to evaluate my chances going to IE grad school. I am kind of worried that my undergrad major CHE do nothing good for my application.

Here is my profile:

Undergraduate study: Purdue University, Chemical Engineering
GPA: 3.8
GRE: Q 800, V 510
Research Experience:
One publification as second author: topic is related with protein stabilities
One internship experience: operation and process engineer work in a petroleum company
Another research project related with industrial engineering: Decision Making

Activities:
Participation of Undergraduate Poster Session in AICHE National Conference
Poster Awards at ASEE (American Society of Engineering Education)
Tau Beta Pi (Engineering Honor Society)
Society of Women Engineers

After extensive of IE fields and several particular schools, such as Northwestern, Michigan, USC and U of Wisconsin, I have a clear understanding about which research area I want to go. But I am not sure about my chances getting into them. Hope somebody could provide some suggestions and comments.

Thank you very much!

i’d say your chances are very good.
