<p>my sats are very low and since i am chinese american it's even lower my math scores are not so hot and i am applying to all engineering schools not many activities
first generation immigrant (7 yrs here) and first gen college</p>
<p>eflo you are just jealous besides math comp and sat are totally different we have 5 minutes to do one problem compare to 1 minute per problem in the sat</p>
<p>lol, maybe you shouldn't have started anything with eflo. </p>
<p>But i think you have a chance. sat's hurting a little bit, but 1st generation college student might help. probably average ec's for people applying to Cornell, but your gpa/rank is good. ED would have helped, but it all comes down to chance.</p>
<p>of course, you already know what i think, and i might be too 'nice' because i know you. what do other people think?</p>
<p>i agree about your ECs. there are alot of other students who have lower SATs like yours, and they get in...yet they also have outstanding recs. </p>
<p>but. its definately not all lost. you have a chance, dont let everyone else or myself get you down</p>
