I'm talking about match as in whether or not the school has research and music programs, not admissions-chance. I hope you'd not mix up the two.

I've looked more into Harvey Mudd and Pomona. What really struck me there was how there were five really good schools in the same city. My question is-how do you differentiate b/w the five schools? I mean, I like Harvey Mudd b/c of science PhDs, etc, and I like Pomona b/c of music. But other than that, there's McKenna, etc, etc. So what is the deciding factor then?

@pebbles: thanks. I have restored faith in MIT music and writing programs now. :) (When I visited, I was astounded by the music library, by the way. I was writing a music paper at that time, and I was so angry at the lack of resources for research even in a place like New York. Seeing those books made me very happy.)
