I like to use the Roger hub UC GPA calculator. No extra honors points for OOS honors classes.
28 A’s and capped with 8 semesters of AP courses = 4.29

Good catch @Ynotgo. A year of a VPA class is a UC requirement.

Does Intro to Television Production count as a VPA? What about AP music theory?

Yes, AP Music Theory counts. I’m not sure about Intro to TV Production, but you only need the one year of a VPA class.

Your other posts indicate that you have a limit in what you can afford for OOS schools.
The UC’s are $55K per year.
Since you don’t qualify for financial aid, have you spoken with your parents regarding how they will pay these costs?
