<p>I was just wondering: are NMSQT cut off scores are based upon state of residence, or the state you go to school in?
My private school is not located in my home state, so I was wondering which NMSQT cut off will be applied to me. (Last year there was a 7 point difference between the cut offs of the two states, so this is pretty significant to me.)
