It says on their website it is a 4.2 unweighted but what scale is that off of? Can you have a gpa higher than a 4.0? Also is it possible that someone with very little ECs and a low gpa but a high SAT would be accepted? Thanks!!
The mid 50% range on the website is 4.1-4.5 on the 5.0 scale. It is the weighted GPA.

@TomSrOfBoston Ok, thanks! Is it unlikely someone with a 3.7 weighted would get in?
@lgmccarthy 4.1 is the 25th percentile. While 25% of the students accepted are below that, the further you go below 25%, the less likely you will be accepted.
IMO it is a tricky thing to try and compare weighted GPAs as different schools weight differently.
As I see it you already have a couple of nice acceptances so congrats on that. At this point all you can do is wait and see if you get into Northeastern or not.
@happy1 I didn’t apply to Northeastern, already committed to umass amherst :)) I was just asking around for someone
