What is "QuestBridge"?

Students who are not US Citizens or Permanent Residents can still use the QuestBridge application, be chosen as a QuestBridge Finalist, and participate in the Regular Admissions Process.”</p>

<p>Does that mean that internationals may also use Questbridge?</p>
