Hello,

I am scheduled to take the November 2nd SAT, but I do not fully understand what Score Choice is.

Is the fact that I get to pick any 4 colleges to send reports to- called Score Choice? I plan to send my scores to no colleges, since I might get a bad score, Is this is a good decision?

Please explain Score-Choice and will my scores be sent to all colleges when I take the SAT on November 2nd? Or just the 4 that i pick?

Please Help, Someone must know about this.

I’m pretty sure score choice is choosing which SAT scores you can send to colleges–ie if you very badly on 1 of them but great in another 3, you can choose to withhold that one score from the college you’re applying to.

Collegeboard has information about this on their website.

Okay it is an option collegeboard gives you to choose which scores you want to send to your college. Some colleges demand that you send them all the scores. When you register for the sat you get 4 free score reports. Each socre report is for one college that you pick.It doesnt send it to all your colleges on its own.You dont have to send a score report if you dont want to.I hope this clears things up.

Can I still send scores after I actually receive them? Because I have to use my free score reports before I even get my scores.
