What is secondary school report and where can i find it?

<p>dumb question i know, but it's not in you application form is it?
Right now I'm applying for University of Marlynad and my GC told me to bring a copy of secondary school report. I've already searched the entire forum and it seems everyone but me knows what it is...</p>

<p>Your secondary school report is a form that is in yor college application. THe form is filled out by your GC which s/he sends out along with your h.s. trancript to the college In UMD's application it is called THe school counselor recommendation)</p>
