<p>Doesn't midnight 2/1 mean right after 11:59 PM on 1/31? Or am I mistaken? I'm a bit confused about the deadline.</p>

<p>i think it means feb 1 night, so before 2/2. I know this because i applied on feb 1 few yrs back :P</p>
