what is the average high school gpa of admitted students

<p>yet some can have a 3.5 unweighted and a 4.7 weighted. so it all depends</p>

<p>That’s what nice about UF they use their own “UF GPA” in Admissions, so someone who might of gotten a couple B’s in like 11 AP’s Courses in High School will have a higher GPA than someone who took easy classes and got a 4.0 UW. I ready the Average GPA at UF is a 4.1 UF GPA.</p>

<p>^^ yup. I read that too. 4.1 UF GPA. Unweighted I think was like 3.7ish</p>

<p>It’s obviously not preferable but it really doesn’t matter.
UF takes your GPA into accounts, it doesn’t matter if the b’s are in science or math. They just consider it a b.</p>

<p>A 4.75 is extremely good. Thats like straight A’s taking half honors and half AP courses all through high school. And 1450 is also amazing. If you have those stats you’ve got a really nice chance</p>

<p>yes, you have to weight it the way UF does. 1 point for AP/IB HL, .5 for honors, but only in CORE CLASSES.</p>

<p>It’s mostly wether or not that GPA gets you top 10% ranking in your specific school.</p>
