What is the best book notes site?

Sparknotes? PinkMonkey? Bookrags?

I would say Sparknotes is pretty good. I am not familiar with the others.

i haven’t used any of them since I graduated high school, they just aren’t really helpful anymore.

yeah, actually I really haven’t used any of them since HS…honestly, the stuff you need will only be on there if you’re taking a lot of English classes. Philosophy classes don’t test you on the details, and using online notes to write a paper is generally a bad idea (too likely to subconsciously plagiarize). And history classes will assign you books not summarized online…

On ratemystudents.com, there are a bunch of funny stories about teachers checking papers for plagiarism. One of them suggests that students go to the library and find books on the paper topics because teachers are too lazy to look for plagiarized materials on books. It’s too easy for professors to check turnitin or google with a few typed words.

Cliffsnotes has really good summaries while sparknotes has good analytical notes.

those book review sites sometimes have a really poor understanding or the wrong interpretation of the author’s intent so id choose carefully what you use.
