<p>Yes I wish that I can apply as a frenshman but I seriosuly F-ed up the last
term of junior year and admission to highly selective universities seem
unlikable. I don’t expect any aid from the future American college that I will
transfer to, but can I apply aid in the freshmen year?</p>
