You must be tolling

Wow You people are dumb!

hahahaha…anyway, I think your original question is slightly ridiculous. If I learned anything seeing so many stellar applicants deferred from top schools this week, it’s that colleges craft their student body. If you don’t show genuine fit and passion to a top 15 school, you’re likely going to be rejected.

^And how would you think one does that?

Well, research is a good start. Some schools may simply not fit your needs. The difference between liberal arts schools and specialized programs is huge. That’s why you can’t ask “What is the best college I have a chance at?”

ForTheWolf is so right in so many ways. Honestly LazyGenius, reading through this thread and the other one you posted, you are quite possibly the most arrogant person I have ever come across on CC (not a mean feat). I doubt that that will not come off in your writing.

It’s true your SATs are excellent, but your GPA really will weigh you down. For that reason I would be surprised if you got into an Ivy.

Top 25 schools in general really do care about the intangibles of an applicant, so the fact that you’re asking us “What is the best college I have a chance at?” demonstrates how little you care about a particular school, a problem that adcoms this year have seemed to be able to smell from a mile away.

Arrogant? How am I arrogant?

Well I had a couple of colleges in mind already but I wanted to see if people think I could get up to that level. You should have figured that out from my other posts
