What is the best high school you have heard of?

^^suncoast used to take top 5 sometimes, but then me and the three other decent people graduated
now i think we're a lot worse off.

damn i really miss competitions, now that i'm in college all we have is the putnam and it's six hours long and proof-based

Thomas Jefferson ( the one in Alexandria, VA)

Pincrest School- I have cousins that go there and it seems as though it's a feeder school to top colleges.

Andover, Exerter, Hotchkiss,Deerfield...

Lawrenceville

Princeton High

HADES + specialized city schools =D

stuyvesant

Boston Latin
Stuy

Thomas Jefferson.

TJ
UChicag Labs

They always win all the awards at our Model UN conferences.

It's Philip Exeter Academy hands down, followed by Philips Academy, TJ, Stuyvesant, and Harker.

Stuy, Horace Mann, Boston Latin, Newton North, TJ, Phillips Exeter

HADES schools (but Hotchkiss totally wins first place), Groton, Middlesex, Thomas Jefferson, Milton

Wooo! Someone thinks my school is good. (That makes me happy.)

And GDS is really good, but it's different. It's almost an alternative school, or whatever. My brothers went to prep, and its very good, but all boys schools will usually be a lot wilder than all girls or even coeds.

TJ is amazing. We (Visitation) get a lot of kids who weren't accepted to TJ. I didn't know it was so nationally recognized, though.

Thomas Jefferson is the best... My friend who is the smartest kid i know got accepted to TJ and he tells me he gets 2 hours of sleep or less a night and that its impossible... Hes a junior taking like all AP's

Tokenstudent - :)

Roxbury Latin

If you said, "Troy - where an A is just average."... That probably means it is an easy school if the average students are getting A's. Usually in tough schools it is really hard even for the smartest students to earn an A.

^ Trust me, it's not an easy school. Far from it.

Regis High School in NYC
its where i’ll be going next year, and also where my dad went

to my knowledge, its one of the best schools in the nation, and the only free private school in the country (all-scholarship)
if anyone else is going to regis or if you have any info about it, please message me
