What is the best mcat prep course?

I have a choice between both Kaplan or Princeton Review. I'm a busy person and will not be able to attend on site classroom classes in the evening hours due to work, volunteer schedule, and college classes--online lectures at my own time frame will work best for me. I noticed that both review courses offer online instruction, and I am wondering which review course has the best written material. I also heard that Princeton Review just implemented "Amplifire online test prep software" which is supposed to compete with Kaplan's QBank. Which review course's practice material is reflective of the actual MCAT question style? Was review of the 8 AAMC MCAT tests helpful? Any input is greatly appreciated.
