<p>This is nearly impossible to determine. What you want to know is the % of students who on day 1 of their undergrad career end up admitted to med school. That is not available. Your best bet is to ferret out the info on your own by speaking with the premeds at a given institution.</p>
<p>Major doesn't matter......high GPA matters. What state are you from and what state are you applying to?</p>
<p>UT Austin has the best academic reputation of the three, followed by Texas A&M. Your major does not matter as much as a high GPA.</p>

Then Austin College has a high med school acceptance rate, although the school is not very known. I would look into that.</p>
<p>Yeah I live in Texas. I also knew about Austin College, but my relatives did not so they were completely against me going there. They're from the tradition of big schools = better so there's nothing much I can do about that.</p>
