What is the best method to remedy my D in AP Calculus so that I would get revoked fro

I have been admitted to University of California, Davis, in the Biochemical Engineering Major. My problem is that I didn't think that i would get in and I had planned to attend a local CSU (California State University), which do not have the strict "no D's or F's policy", as the UC's do. As a result, I developed seniortis and received a D in my AP calculus class last semester, which is my fourth year of my math.

What should I do now to not get my admission revoked from UC Davis? Should i accept my offer of acceptance now.. or some later time? My school offers "cyber high", which is a program on the computer to make up the classes students have failed. But that program only goes up to Advanced Algebra. What should I do? Summer school? Are there any other methods? Thanks!
