<p>^ That came from deep within my heart you guys</p>
<p>lol, u know i won regional Spelling Bee 2nd place couple years ago. And i cant believe how much i misspell now.</p>
<p>The dark crow man sits and stares into the oblivion into cold into nothingness; It's snowing in his mind.
He's created himself in his own image.
Lust held for him means naught,
A knock on the door brings no smile to his cruel lips;
The welcome in a woman's eyes holds nothing for him.
Alone on his haunches the hair raises on the back of his neck. His dead eyes pierce the night.
As his gaze falls down on the city it fills him the method ascertained, conviction.
He knows what to do and moves to commit the deed.</p>
<p>some pure geniusness going on here...</p>
<p>I wrote that a while ago, I scared the **** out of my classmates when I presented it as a recital.</p>
<p>There once was a rapping tomato
That's right, I said 'rapping tomato'
He rapped every day
From April to May
And also, guess what? It was me.</p>
<p>I just came up with this one:</p>
<p>When I consider every thing that grows
Holds in perfection but a little moment,
That this huge stage presenteth nought but shows
Whereon the stars in secret influence comment;
When I perceive that men as plants increase,
Cheered and checked even by the self-same sky,
Vaunt in their youthful sap, at height decrease,
And wear their brave state out of memory;
Then the conceit of this inconstant stay
Sets you most rich in youth before my sight,
Where wasteful Time debateth with decay
To change your day of youth to sullied night,
And all in war with Time for love of you,
As he takes from you, I engraft you new.</p>
<p>Wow, southeasttitan. Nice iambic pentameter.
I am too lazy for meter, so I always admire people who pull it off. XD</p>
<p>Southeasttitan, thanks for ripping off Shakespeare.</p>
<p>I've taken one too many AP English classes to know that.</p>
<p>There once was a man from Nantucket
His **** was so big he could suck it
He said with a grin,
As he wiped from his chin
"If my ear was a **** I could **** it"</p>
<p>

lmao yeah that's too much like Shakespearean Sonnet or w/e (had to read the boring, boring Romeo and Juliet this year)</p>
<p>It wasn't like a Shakespearean Sonnet, it is a Shakespearean Sonnet.</p>
<p>If you're going to rip someone off, at least pick an obscure poet that's not so good.</p>
<p>This is a poem that I wrote for my friend in her yearbook. Her name is Rose. She is of Irish descent and is quite pink/red naturally.</p>
<p>You Rose are red,
While violets are blue.
And when we part ways,
I know I'll be too.</p>
<p>LOL, you idiots, do you think I was serious? It's one of Shakespeare's most popular sonnets. </p>
<p>I just want to reiterate, though it's pretty obvious: people at CC have no sense of humor.</p>
<p>Poetry in ostentatious form
Written so smoothly
Like a frozen lake of winter
But underneath this enigmatic aura
And this unflagging rhythm
Lies the simple truth
Of the simple lie
That this is but prose
Chopped up
In
Random places.</p>
<p>she was a ho
fo sho</p>
<p>lmao dude I had no idea it was from sheakespare it just sounded like one; I never read so I wouldn't know. x.X</p>
<p>Like a small bird learning how to fly,
I took on a difficult mission.
I could have taken an easy path.
But I decided to walk another mile.<br>
A bird wants freedom,
Not her mother to carry her everywhere.</p>
<p>On and on and on I went on.<br>
It seemed not to come to me.
I looked up at the sky and was about to say good bye.
I fell down with sweat on my forehead
And blood on my knees.
I started to cry and sigh.
It felt as if the sky was falling.<br>
On and on and on I went on. </p>
<p>I took off once again with the thought of the sunlight through the window
And this time I started to fly.
At first, I feared of falling in the hole again,
But I kept my head up and continued my way.
I soared and leaped with the increase of my inner-self.
I made a fist and sat up straight.
Now nothing can break me until I shatter myself.<br>
I became better, faster, and stronger with the navigation of this wilderness.
I became the king of the world.</p>
<p>Wars and a man I sing--an exile driven on by Fate
He was the first to flee the coast of Troy
Destined to reach Lavinian shores and Italian soil.
Yet many blows he took on land and sea from the gods above--
thanks to cruel Juno's relentless rage--and many losses
he bore in battle too, before he could found a city,
bring his gods to Latium, source of the Latin race,
the Alban lords, and the high walls of Rome.</p>
<p>Tell me,
Muse, how it all began. Why was Juno outraged?
What could wound the Queen of the Gods with all her power?
Why did she force a man--so famous for his devotion,
to brave such rounds of hardship, bear such trials?
Can such rage inflame the immortals' hearts?</p>
<p>=)</p>
<p>Roses are red
Violets are blue
something something something
and so are you</p>
