What is the best university I can get into?

Hi, I'm am international student. I'm from Bulgaria, but I live in Dubai and I'm doing the IB Diploma.
I'm doing a lot better in school now, and I'm a lot more involved than I was for the first two years of high school, but I don't know if that'll help me in anyway.

I did iGCSEs in grade 10 and 11 (In my school, high school's from grade 10-13) and my grades were as follows:

English Lit: A*
History: A*
English Language: A
French: A
Economics: B
Math (higher tier): C
Science Double Award (Chemistry, Physics, Biology): CC
Drama: C

As you can see LOADS of C's and a B. And 2 As and 2 A*s. I believe this is mostly because I slacked off in grade 11. In grade 10, I had a good work ethic, but in grade 11 it all went down the drain because all of a sudden I started partying a lot. I was still involved in the High School Drama Production (besides the one I had to do for my class).

EC's: Drama, MUN (I've been to a conference, will attend another one as well), Horse riding (but just for fun)', DELF (A french qualification)

EC's this year: MUN, I'm also a Media Prefect which is my leadership position, we have to make sure the rest of the students are following the rules and set an example, we're involved with the Media part as well. I have pretty high chances of being elected Editor in Chief to the student newsletter even though there are plenty of year 13s who are Media prefects as well. I was also Project Manager for my class's Pink Day bake sale, where we sold pink lemonade during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Me and my friend are also starting a debate club from Jan, so I'm going to be the co founder.

Predicted grades for term 1:

Biology SL: 7
Math Studies SL: 6
French SL: 6
History HL: 7
Business HL: 7
English Lit HL: 7

I'm doing my SAT in Jan. I'm doing my subject tests in French and Literature.

The practice test I did on the collegeboard got me 1770 points, I think. Keep in mind it was practice and I have improved since. So, if I do REALLY well these next two years. If, in fact, I raise those 2 sixes to sevens, what is the best university you think I could potentially get into? I mean rank wise.

Sorry to say, but getting 6 from Maths Studies probably means you will not get more than 450/500 on your SAT 1 Maths/SAT II Maths…

Therefore, I assume, quite low chances for decent universities…

Fellow IB student myself

Idk try drexel

I’m not doing SAT II Maths. I’m just doing SAT I (obviously). And, actually I did start out with 500 when I started practicing, but my score has been steadily improving. So now I’m hoping for at least 600. Definitely not anything below 600, because I’ve spent hours preparing for this exam, using a myriad of resources. My ‘C’ grade from last year made me unable to take SL, and it was probably a good thing because Math was designed to torture me, and since math will not really be involved in my future career plans, my adviser said that there was no point to take SL.

Well, there is a point at least for UK universities and I am sure US are of no exception.

For example, almost all courses in Oxbridge/LSE/other top universities require at least SL…

Studies is really too easy of a course.

And I am sure no one can stop you from doing SL…

Just my advice, maybe transfer to SL if it’s possible (and it is indeed possible)
