What is the Best Vocabulary book for The New SAT's? Out of every book in the market

What is the best vocabulary book for the new SAT's?

i used kaplan's premeire program 2006, it has lots of vocabulary, prefixes, suffixes, etc. also they have word groups. but if you take their classroom course for SAT, their RYSEM book i think has the best vocabulary, word groups and suffixes, prefixes etc.

I used the barrons verbal book, it also has writing stuff aswell. Extreemely helpfull. Buttload of vocabulary terms.

A little tip. Dont memorize really obscure vocabulary. Know certain words, and how their prefixes and suffixes affect their meaning.

Par example: Loquatious( used in may 6th test ) - means talkative, generally loqu prefixe means speech alking.

any other sugestions, I heard testmasters has the best vocabualry

why does it matter, didnt you say you got a 2400 on your first try, collegefreak89?

that is my older brother i am his apprentice

oh ok ;)

well i studied out of kaplan but their prep book has about 2000 words...
i basically looked over the prefixes/suffixes. but ive also heard kaplan sucks so...

i havent heard of testmakers so i wouldnt know about their quality.
