what is the chance to get into NYU as a transfer student (non US citizen)

I’m an international student in the US and have been studying here since high school and currently a freshman in college.
I want to transfer to NYU as a psychology major in 2018 spring and I had cum laude GPA in HS and a lot of activities(third place on speech competition, mathletics, Spanish club, TV studio, dance club, badminton team, yearbook editor, culinary club ) but did not do well in SAT and got rejected. I did some research online, seems like people are all so competitive. I have 3.46GPA last semester but I think my GPA is higher this semester. In college, I’m only in psychology club and Japanese club and I’m working as a RSR in school as well. I also have this professor who is willing to meet up and write me a recommendation. So my questions are, is it harder to transfer as an international student and what is my chance? Thank you!
