<p>well mostly they do not turn down internationals until the final results are drastically worse than the ones you had submitted earlier. My results were pretty much the same as my mid term's.</p>

<p>Well hatake_kakashi 'A' to a 'D' or 'C' would be drastic. But statiscally they hardly ever have reciended offers of admissions for internationals.</p>
