Schools often have compiter science at their school of arts and sciences and school of engineering. What is the difference between these two programs?
Thanks for responses.
Computer engineering is not the same as computer science.
There are schools that have specifically computer science. Not computer engineering.
Most often, a computer science degree from the school of engineering and the school of arts and sciences will have different degree requirement (ex. Engineering may require more math credits). Depending on the school, sometimes it is easier to get accepted to one program over the other (ex. Upenn admits by college and the engineering school is more difficult to be accepted to than the college of arts and sciences). Hope that helps
