What is the "easiest" UC school to transfer into from an out-of-state, 4 year college?

I currently go to Washington State University and I was wondering what was the easiest UC school to transfer to?

Look up the Transfer rate acceptance of each school. Most likely the hardest will be the best UC (Berkeley) to the least competitive to get into (Merced).

And I hope you can pay the OOS costs. Look it up because you’ll be full pay IMO.
