<p>I think China was the most accomplished, but the Chinese lacked a sense of wonder for the world around them becuase they were so content with themselves LoL (and yeah they had a pretty good understanding of space and everything) </p>
<p>But Ancient Rome was the basis for the majority of the world's future...</p>
