Can't find the data anywhere. Anyone have any insight on the acceptance rate for ILR ED? Much thanks.

They admit ~160 students a year so I would assume it’s a pretty low acceptance rate given the fact that so many people apply. It’s all about fit. If you have the business/social/leadership EC’s and strong math and comprehension abilities you will have a strong chance.

I don’t know about their ED acceptance rate, but I was able to find that last year their total acceptance rate was around 14%.

I found it at this link: <a href=“Undergraduate admissions - Institutional Research & Planning”>http://irp.dpb.cornell.edu/tableau_visual/admissions

That is a cool chart! Looking at the info for CAS: interesting how the number of acceptances has stayed relatively stable but the number of applications has really increased, especially after 2004 for some reason.

thanks for the chart @sjjunior

I believe Olivia Owens in the office of admissions told me that ED is 18%… which scared me lol

@zenithar143 wow to say the least. thats insane. the entire university had an acceptance rate of around 29% for ED I believe, according to NY TIMES.

Actually only about 1000 people apply to ILR and they accept about 200 students per year

@myrealname Last year 1661 people applied and 231 were accepted. 13.9% acceptance rate. Thats for both RD and ED though.

@SweetIceTea Yeah I was replying to the 1st poster who said there’s a large amount of people who apply to ILR
