i wonder..what is the minimum gpa i need to get accepted in university of pennsylvania
college of wharton (graduate...to get Master degree in finance)

what is the required gpa..in scale of 100% or 4

also what else i need (TOEFL...SAT...GMAT...etc)

fst: this is the collegiate forum. There are MBA forums. You’ll get better info there. And you don’t have to be a 4.0 to be admitted (even though Wharton is tremendously selective)

I dunno if the GMAT will be used if you want a Degree in Finance (Is it still a MBA program? If so, GMAT will be used). TOEFL - if English isn’t your native tongue (or if your undergrad instruction wasn’t in English)

The Master in Finance is mostly “advanced” Finance classes and is meant for people with a Finance/Business undergrad degree and most Master in Finance programs do not require experience prior to enrollment, not like most MBA programs. The MBA with a concentration in Finance has a variety of classes (Marketing, Strategic Leadership, Accounting, etc) and some electives in Finance. The MBA is not necessarily meant for a person with a business degree and attracts people from a range of backgrounds.

Never heard of Warrington (Do you mean Wharton?)…but Haas is pretty good. So are Stern, Wharton and even Sloan (if they offer the M Fin degree). I think Princeton has a similar program, look into that as well

Fst, I dunno much about M Fin programs but I’d say Princeton (owing to its brand name). I personally have my reservations against Online programs and U Florida in general has a good for a State U (I think)

Yeah, Princeton and George Washington are top schools overall but I don’t know much about their Finance programs. Indiana is a top 20 business program so their Online program should be good.
