What is the most important to a prep school when looking at an applicant?

How do prep schools rank it? I know that some schools are different than others, but let's say NMH, Berkshire, Holderness, Loomis? All somewhat comparable schools...

So how would these things rank in importance?(in no particular order)
SSATs
ECs/Sports(especially if you are really outstanding)
Grades
Interview

So CC, what do you think? This is kind of a chance thread, but not really.
If I'm outstanding in a sport(as in top in the state), but have a B-B+ average at a top private day school. I have not taken the SSAT yet, but plan to get 80% or better. I have great ECs, that consist of many sports, and lots of community service. I also have very good recommendations. So if some CC members could chance me + a ranking in importance of the above options, that would be extremely helpful.

thank you!

three page thread here on the same topic:
