What is the real total tuition for international students in UCLA, UCB, NYU, and CMU?

It seems to be approximately $80,000 (international + out-of-state), doesn't it?

UC’s charge an additional $23,000 for tuition if you are OOS or International so the price tag for UCLA/UCB is around $55K for tuition/room and board. You will also need to add books, personal expenses and travel expenses into the cost of attendace. For NYU, the cost of attendance is approximately $72K and CMU is $65K. Check the school websites for more information.

To get a total sum, look for Cost of Attendance (COA) – a sum which generally includes housing, food, insurance, tuition and an estimation of your expenses for books and supplies. Many schools have this on their sites. Just keep in mind that that sum is an estimate, and that it will go up every year; many public universities raise tuition annually, sometimes as much as 8-9%

For really any school as an international applicant, you should just add about $5,000-$10,000 to the domestic COA for flying. That’s just my opinion though.
