Could i transfer to a CSU anytime after i complete all of my units, or do i have to do it at a specific time period?
I predict that i won't finish all of my required classes to go to a CSU until the end of Fall 2014, so would I still be able to transfer afterwards?

I would like an answer please. Thank you.

Most UCs and CSUs don’t take Spring transfers. Check the websites of the specific schools you are interested in and see if by chance they do have Spring admits. Otherwise you’ll have to wait till Fall '15.

Then is it still possible to transfer for Fall 2014 if i only have one more semester left to complete at my community college? Could they transfer me and then i don’t enroll any classes over there until after i finish my Fall semester at community college?

You said you won’t be finished with your classes at your CC til Fall 2014. If that’s the case, Fall 2015 is your best option. If you’ll be finished at your CC THIS fall, of 2013, then you can transfer in fall of 2014. Applications for CSU open in October. You should tart checking th college websites and check your prerequisites on assist.org.

CSU’s accept transfer applications in June for winter enrollment and August 1st for Spring enrollment - see [CSUMentor - Apply Online - Status Report](<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU) .

Is the budget cut the reason why Spring semester enrollment is limited?

^ Yes, budget cuts were the reason winter/spring semester enrollments were drastically cut two years ago. You still have to check each CSU to see what the transfer requirements are for winter/spring enrollment.
