What is the value of an Econ and Bio major?

I will be attending Florida State University(FSU) in the fall and I'm having difficulty in choosing a major.
I'm currently signed up for Econ, I chose this because of how much I enjoyed and excelled in the subject throughout highschool. Is it generally recommended to have Econ as a major? I chose it over business, accounting, finance, etc. because I feel it is a less common major and looks better to employers.
I plan to have a career in either business or law. However I still haven't discarded the idea of a science based career such as medicine so I am considering double majoring in either bio or biochemistry. By double majoring I hope to keep my options open and maintain a well rounded curriculum.
I enjoy both subjects(bio and Econ) but I am unsure if this major combination is a good idea so I'm curious to see what you guys think.

Also if it makes any difference I was an IB student and also have a few AP tests under my belt so I don't have to take any of the Econ or bio intro courses.

I’ve decided to just stick with Econ for now as I don’t want to overwhelm myself. But any answers or feedback would be helpful as I’m an inexperienced college freshman. (bump)
